I'm sure you've all seen Jamie Reids work before. The British artist (& anarchist) is best known for his prolific work during the punk era of the late 70's, most notably with the Sex Pistols. His cut and paste decollage approach is very similar to what I have been producing for my Daily Mash Brief.
Bold colours and bold imagery are what sum up his work. There is a kind of chaos to his work that I have found when photocopying and scanning my articles. There is a sense of unpredictability to the process. The grain I gain on my images adds to the chaotic appearance, which suits the Daily Mash's satirical viewpoint.
